  Our future destination...

Brenda and I have made a full time five year commitment to head Mission Geographic. During this time we will oversee all aspects of Mission Geographic. We have also developed a detailed plan for leading Mission Geographic over the next five years. To read more about our specific plans please refer to the ministry section of this web site.

In some instances our future location is specific and in some instances our future location is general. However, our overall plan is consistent and focused. The following are beneficial opportunities available to Mission Geographic as of August 2006...

Mission Geographic U.S. Tour 2005/2006
-active planning and booking starting Fall 2005
-possible recording of a new CD this fall
-projected tour start date summer 2006

Go Conference November 2005
possible attendance at Uof N "GO Conference" in Estes Park Colorado November 2005 for promotion and to establish tour locations

Support Team Seminar February 2006
Another great opportunity to serve Missionaries by teaching web design and media communication at the University of Nations in Kona

  Mission Geographic National Tour 2007
Leading a team of documentary film makers around the world to show the needs of missionaries world wide. Currently in development...this tour may happen before 2007. Mission Geographic is currently looking at sponsoring teams for a 2006 tour

  Further education

We are also looking into continuing our education over the next five years. Possible courses include:

Environmental Stewardship School
Focusing on how to to teach communities environmental stewardship in the developing world. Topics include: Biblical perspective, ecological foundations, water/health, economics, appropriate technology, development, environmental education, and survival.

School of Biblical Studies

The SBS is offered in a series of three-month phases:
The first phase begins with a three-week seminar teaching the principles of inductive Bible study. Books studied are the Synoptic Gospels, the Acts of the Apostles, the Pauline Epistles and the book of Hebrews.

In the second phase, students complete the New Testament books, and after an introductory seminar to the Old Testament, study from Genesis through Samuel.

The third phase of Bible Study completes the study of the Old Testament’s historical books, the Prophets and Wisdom Literature. A seminar precedes both the Prophets and Wisdom Literature, giving the students the skills necessary to study these parts of the Bible.

Introduction to Old Testament Hebrew language
